Smarteh's day

This year Smarteh celebrated 19 years from its establishment and unlike the previous celebrations, this year we have organized two Smarteh’s days.
On the first Smarteh’s day we had an educational program at Smarteh headquarter, where Head of each department presented the work progress of their department and future goals.
On the second Smarteh’s day we visited the Memorial Church of the Holy Spirit in Javorca. The church celebrates the fallen Austro-Hungarian defenders of the Isonzo Front battlefield (1915–1917).
It is also one of the selected points on the famous Walk of Peace trail, which connects memorials and remains of World War I in the Soča Valley.
After the excellent presentation of the church history by our guide we had a lunch break. After the lunch break we have a short review of nearby Italian bunkers, which Italian army builds in 1930s, and later we headed towards to the spring of Tolminka river.
At the end of daily team building activities we were socializing in the restaurant near Tolmin Gorges.
